- No refund if tracking shows "delivered"
- Non-delivery proof required from post office
3. Damaged Products
- Full refund/replacement for severe damage
- Partial refund for minor issues
- No refund for packaging damage
- Electronics claims within 30 days
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
- Full refund/replacement for wrong items
- Partial refund/resend for missing parts
- Size issues require photo proof
5. Order Cancellation
- Full refund before processing
- No cancellation after shipment or for custom orders
